The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. In certain cases, to reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, weights that maybe rounded up or down to the next full pound. Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy Cat Livin wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any Cat Livin product THAT IS UNUSED AND IN NEW CONDITION within 15 days of the purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. We will however pay the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including: Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery Any item that has been opened (removed from packaging).
